MCLEAN, Va. – Hilton has announced the recipients of its 2025 Thrive Sabbatical and Thrive Reset programs, designed to support Hilton team members’ professional, physical and mental well-being by providing time to pursue meaningful experiences or recharge.

Now in its ninth year, these programs are designed to allow Hilton team members worldwide to focus on their well-being by pursuing personal passions, giving back to their communities or taking a pause to recharge. The Thrive Sabbatical and Thrive Reset programs were created to support Hilton’s efforts to create a fully human experience at work for its nearly 500,000 team members around the world.

The Thrive Sabbatical is available to team members in corporate offices and managed hotel properties, offering one month of paid time off and a $5,000 grant to pursue a passion or help others. The Thrive Reset, open to all team members, provides one week of paid time off and a $2,000 grant to pause and recharge. The Thrive Sabbatical and Reset programs are designed to give team members the time, resources and opportunity to reset, recharge or become inspired so they can continue to support great stays for Hilton guests and as a result, drive its business and create career opportunities.

This year, Hilton received over 1,000 submissions from team members across the globe. A selection committee chose 10 Thrive Sabbatical and 10 Thrive Reset recipients based on their stories, including a wide range of experiences, geographies and roles.
