BATAM, Indonesia – Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the signing of Hilton Garden Inn Batam City Centre, marking the company’s first hotel on the island of Batam and expanding Hilton’s presence in Indonesia. Scheduled to open in 2028, the hotel will be developed by PT. Sabang Raya Investama and joins Hilton’s growing portfolio in South East Asia.

Strategically located in the heart of Batam, the hotel will enjoy convenient access to the island’s major commercial, retail and administrative hubs, including Lubuk Baja and Batam Centre.
